About This Project

Envision Land Use has partnered with DeLuca Homes and Equus
Capital Partners to seek approvals for the Prickett Property in Yardley,
Bucks County. Property consists of 22 acres owned by the Prickett
Family, and the adjacent 14 acres owned by Equus, combined to
create a bigger mixed-use development. The project is being planned
around two existing historic structures. We are in the early stages and will need a zoning change that would permit residential and retail use.
