In 2015, Delaware Valley Residential Care, one of the countries leading providers of housing and services for the Traumatic Brain Injury Community chose Envision to locate, design and build a new community in the southeastern section of Pennsylvania. Envision partnered with J.G. Petrucci Co., Inc., to purchase seven acres in Warminster Township and create Pennsylvania’s first specialized housing community for the Traumatic Brain Injury Community. The community consists of 24 three-bedroom townhomes to house 72 traumatic brain injury residents. Along with the townhomes a 10,000 square foot “Day Center” which provides the residents with three meals a day and daily services for the residents.
