Joint venture between Matrix Development Company and Envision Land Use, LLC to develop thirty five (35) acres at the intersection of Cowpath Road and Township Line Road. We have obtained rezoning of the property for 65 single family homes, while donating ground to the BAPS Temple to expand their facility. Final approvals are expected in 4th Quarter 2019.
