Envision purchased 23 lots and the model home of a 45-lot subdivision from First Trust Bank in an REO transaction. Envision repaired and completed the balance of the site work and sold the finished lots to NVR, Inc. Under the Ryan name, they were able to purchase and close on all lots within ten months.
