Envision purchased the former Hart School in July 2015 from Centennial School District. We created a new zoning classification of R2 Cluster for 35 single family homes, allowing landscaped buffer areas and sustainable open spaces and walking trails. We demolished the dilapidated school building including abating all asbestos. We entered into a Land Purchase Agreement with NVR to purchase the improved lots now known as “Hidden Oaks”. Site work commenced on June 1, 2016. Ryan Homes sold all the homes in an eight month period.
