In September 2014, Envision purchased the 83 remaining home sites from Sal Lapio Inc., known as Macoby Run (141 total lots). The 83 lots were comprised of 19 improved and 64 approved lots. Envision entered into a Land Purchase Agreement with NVR/Ryan homes to market and build homes in this community. We settled on 41 lots with Ryan. In March 2017, Envision entered into a Lot Purchase Agreement with CalAtlantic Group to market and sell the remaining 42 home sites.
