This 169-lot subdivision was purchased by a national equity firm from a regional bank in an REO transaction. The site had 40 homes that were built by the initial builder. Envision was retained to sell the 65 remaining paved lots in Phase I to a national builder for $4.9 million.

Envision oversaw modifications, interacted with township officials, and set up the initial HOA. Envision was retained to sell the 62 remaining approved lots in Phase II. Phase II was purchased in May 2015 by Liberty Commercial Development Corporation, Ltd.
